1. Can I receive a refund for my purchase?

No, refunds are not available for any items. We only accept refund for defect items if you provide a video of the unboxing. This rule helps us stop fake claims and treat everyone fairly. Please note that refunds for items broken by the customer themselves will not be accepted.


2. Can I place an urgent order?

No, we strictly do not accept urgent orders. Orders may occasionally experience unexpected delays. Please place your order only if you are okay with this.


3. When do I need to make payment for my order?

Full payment is required upfront before processing your order. Pay up front. 


4. What assistance do you provide with sizing?

We offer sizing suggestions, but any discrepancies are not our responsibility. The final decision on sizing rests with you, the customer.


5. Can I exchange an item for a different size?

Yes, you may exchange sizes within 24 hours of receiving the item. However, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please return the clothes within 3 days.


6. Are there any reasons for returns that you don't accept?

Yes, returns for reasons such as dislike of the item, fit, or personal issues will not be allowed.

 It is important to note that each clothing has unique measurements and cuts, and centimeter differences are unavoidable. 

Customers are encouraged to carefully examine their purchases, with the awareness that modest variances in fit may occur. By placing your order, you recognize and accept this unpredictability, and we cannot anticipate or facilitate returns based on these specific preferences or expectations.



7. Can I return items that have been washed?

No, items that have been washed cannot be returned.


8. Shipping fees

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

9. Address errors

We ship according to the address provided by the customer. Therefore, if there is an error in the address, the responsibility lies with the customer.

Once your order has been handed over to the courier service, the delivery process is beyond our control. The actual delivery time may vary based on the courier's schedule, route, or unforeseen circumstances.
